Description

The Isuzu diesel engine valve lock is suitable for the Isuzu Engine Model 6UZ1 and also the Hitachi Excavator Model EX300. This valve seat is the part of the valve assembly that actually seals off the combustion chamber area through contact with the intake and exhaust valves present within the excavator. In this case, the Isuzu 6UZ1 valve lock spring is the machined surface in the cylinder head against which the valve closes.

When the valve is closed, it seals tightly against the valve seat, preventing leak-down and allowing it to maintain compression. The primary function of the external valve seat is to allow efficient heat dissipation and maintain compression within the excavator’s engine.
