The AC Evaporator XB00001044 is most suited with the excavator model ZX470.  The main purpose of this 24V AC evaporator in an excavator’s air conditioning system is to chill and dehumidify the air that enters the operator’s cabin.  

As the refrigerant changes phases from liquid to gas, this heavy equipment air conditioning excavator part absorbs moisture and heat from the air to accomplish this.  The operator may work comfortably in the cabin thanks to the circulation of this cooled, dehumidified air.

•  Heat Absorption: The excavator’s evaporator coils collect heat from the cabin air. The evaporator absorbs the heat that’s  emitted out. 
•  Cooling Effect: The refrigerant and, as a result, the surrounding air are cooled by this phase transition process. 
•  Dehumidification: As the air flows over the cold coils, the evaporator also eliminates moisture from the air, lowering humidity. 
•  Air Circulation: To make the operator more comfortable, a fan (blower) inside the HVAC unit pushes the cooled and dehumidified air into the cabin.
