The Excavator Break Shoes are compatible with various models of excavators. Brake shoes are component of the drum brake system. Brake shoes are crescent-shaped components with a rough friction surface on one side. They sit inside a brake drum. When you press the brake pedal, the brake shoes are pulled outward, pushing against the inside of the brake drum and slowing the wheel.
