Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only before shipment.

  • If the product has not been shipped, the customer can request a cancellation, and their payment will be refunded promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

  • If the product has already been shipped, the customer must first take delivery of the item.

  • To request a refund, the customer should send the product back to Jaggi Earthmovers via courier or speed post at their own expense.

  • Once the returned product is received and confirmed at Jaggi Earthmovers, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and are subject to verification of the returned product’s condition.

  • Customers should retain shipping receipts and tracking details until the refund is received.
