The customer acknowledges and accepts that the parts purchased are intended as replacements and may not carry the same branding, packaging, or warranties as original parts.
At the time of order, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct part number(s) for each item requested. Jaggi Earthmovers shall not be held liable for any delays, incorrect shipments, equipment damage, or additional costs arising from the provision of incorrect part numbers by the customer. Customers are encouraged to verify all specifications and requirements in advance, as orders will be processed strictly according to part numbers provided.
Jaggi Earthmovers sources certain spare parts from domestic as well as international suppliers, including but not limited to vendors based in China. The customer expressly understands and agrees that some imported parts—especially those sourced from China—may be sold without warranty. In such cases, Jaggi Earthmovers has no obligation to provide replacement, repair, or refund for these non-warrantied items. Warranty coverage, when available, may differ in duration and scope based on the part, its origin, and the manufacturer’s policies. Customers are advised to inquire about warranty applicability before making a purchase
Jaggi Earthmovers is not responsible for costs, losses, or damages resulting from the incorrect use or installation of spare parts, including labor, operational downtime, or consequential damages. All products must be fitted and operated according to relevant equipment standards and by qualified personnel. Customers agree to hold Jaggi Earthmovers harmless for any outcomes arising from failure to comply with these terms.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Jaggi Earthmovers reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
