Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Shipping

All orders for excavator and heavy equipment spare parts are processed promptly after payment and successful verification of part numbers. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified. Customers must ensure that all shipping information and part numbers provided are accurate to avoid delays or shipping errors.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeline

We use reputable courier and logistics services to deliver products across India and internationally. Standard shipping times range from 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location. We strive to ensure that all in-stock items are delivered within 7 days of shipping, but unforeseen transit delays may occasionally occur due to logistics or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size, destination, and selected shipping method. This will be communicated during the checkout process. Any additional duties or taxes applied for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking and Confirmation

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation and, if applicable, a tracking number. Customers are advised to use this information to monitor the progress of their shipment and verify the expected delivery date.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we target a 7-day delivery window for most shipments, remote locations or custom orders may require additional time. In rare instances of delay, Jaggi Earthmovers will keep the customer informed through email or telephone updates.

6. Receiving Shipments

Customers should inspect their shipment upon delivery for any visible damage or shortages before signing the delivery receipt. Any concerns must be reported immediately to our customer service for prompt resolution. Please retain all packaging materials in case a return is required.
